Special interest in paediatric dentistry and treating patients with special needs
GDC No. 73006
Agi has worked in community service for 15 years, allowing her to gain extensive experience in Inhalation Sedation and in treating the widest range of patients from the very young to the very old, the anxious and those with special needs. Agi loves helping patients achieve their objectives even with difficult problems, with an emphasis on prevention of further disease and individualised treatment solutions.
After qualifying in Wales in 1997, Agi spent a year in Australia working as a dentist. She then returned to the UK to general dentistry, with the desire to provide her patients with a high standard of care. Agi’s commitment to continuous professional development commenced with Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons in London.
She completed the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry (for which she was awarded the Cohort Prize for her case studies) at the Faculty and attained an MSc in Leeds. Following this, she completed the Fellowship at the Faculty, which is the highest academic achievement possible in general primary dental care. This has enabled her to work as an enhanced practitioner in restorative dentistry, accepting referrals for extensive tooth surface loss, prosthetic problems and some endodontic cases. Agi is secretary of the West Sussex Local Dental Committee and is involved in peer review and training in special care dentistry.
Married with one daughter, Agi is of Polish background. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her daughter and her friends by hosting playdates which include face painting, arts and crafts.
