Paul Barnes is a registered Specialist in Periodontics and has been involved with implant dentistry for more than 15 years.
Paul qualified from Guy’s Hospital Dental School in 1987. He was awarded his Master's degree in Periodontology and a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1992. He is a partner at Ringley Park Dental Practice and an honorary clinical lecturer in the Department of Continuing Professional Development, Eastman Dental Hospital, London.
Paul has undertaken advanced training in periodontal regeneration in Switzerland and in implantology in the USA, Switzerland and Sweden. He is secretary to the general practitioners’ section of the British Society of Periodontology and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the British Dental Association, the European Association for Osseointegration, the Association of Dental Implantology and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Paul serves as a mentor for the ITI in Surrey. He has also assisted in leading a dental volunteer programme for Bridge2Aid, a registered charity, in Mwanza, Tanzania.
Married with three children, he enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, cycling and sailing.

Caroline qualified from the Faculty of Dentistry, Jagiellonian University in 2004. Her particular interests are in aesthetic, restorative dentistry and providing holistic dental care. She attends many dental meetings and is currently studying for a MSc in Orthodontics.
Caroline enjoys working with children, ensuring the best preventive practices are developed from an early age. She uses orthopaedic orthodontic treatment to aid the correct development of children’s jaws. For her adult patients, as a certified Invisalign and Smile-Tru provider, she is able to choose from an array of removable and fixed orthodontic systems to assist in orthodontic corrections.
Keen to work with nervous and anxious patients, Caroline uses the Wand (“pain-free anaesthetic”) and offers sedation options for their dental treatment.
Caroline is a member of the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine and offers a range of solutions for snoring adults and children and screens for obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) in adults.
As a general dental practitioner, she works with dental specialists, medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals to provide you with the appropriate care you require for a healthy and happy smile.

Simon graduated from the University of Bristol in 2006 and has since worked within the private sector, delivering dental care to the towns of Wallington, Dorking and the surrounding areas.
Simon is particularly interested in the use of minimally invasive techniques to restore teeth to a sound function, using the latest materials to maintain a high level of aesthetics. Simon has also completed and passed the written assessment of the Key Skills component of the Membership of Joint Dental Faculty (MJDF) examination in 2007 and keeps up-to-date with new techniques, materials and procedures.
During his training at Bristol, Simon displayed a high standard of dental case treatment planning when he finished top of his senior year in his final restorative viva exams. Simon’s number one commitment is to plan customised care for each patient and provide treatment that reflects his ability to plan successfully for a healthy mouth.
Simon brings with him an enthusiasm and dedication in which his patients have confidence and reassurance. His outgoing and caring personality will ensure that any concerns you may have, regarding your dental health, will be handled professionally.
A keen sportsman, Simon can often be found at Cheam Sports Club where he plays tennis to county standard and assists with the club’s junior coaching programme at weekends. He is also seeking to improve his golf and enjoys playing at courses local to his home in Banstead village.

Henk attended the University of Pretoria from 1980 to 1987, attaining the Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Science degree (BChD). He opened a bespoke private dental practice in South Africa in 1990 and was one of the first dentists to use CEREC® Cad/Cam computer technology to design and restore teeth with ceramic porcelain. Henk trained in the USA, Switzerland and Sweden in the implant field with a special interest in aesthetic and reconstructive implant dentistry linked with orthodontics.
Henk gained postgraduate qualifications (PDD Clin Dent) in 1999 at the University of Stellenbosch and a Master’s Degree in Dental Implantology (MSc) at the University of Warwick in 2006. He also attended the Pankey Institute (Florida) from 2001-2005 and is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI). Henk is a certified Invisalign practitioner.
Henk is married to Lize, a renowned Fine Artist from South Africa. Between them they have six children. In addition to their love of live music performances, both enjoy the opera, good food and fine wine. Henk’s interests include travel, skiing and golf – he is a member of Walton Heath Golf Club. He also holds a private pilot’s licence, is a keen amateur photographer and an active amateur sculptor.

Special interest in cosmetic, implant and complex restorative dentistry

Steve was the South East area elected representative for the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology) between 2011 and 2015. He qualified from University College, London in 1990 where he won the Medal for Conservative Dentistry. His first jobs were at University College Hospital, where he gained invaluable experience in surgical and restorative dentistry. He then started his own general dental practice career in North London.
In 1994, Steve started a new private practice in London’s West End, where he was able to build a successful high-quality preventive general practice and focus on his special interests of cosmetic, complex restorative and implant dentistry.
In 1996, he became the Clinical Director of Whitecross Dental Care, a large group of corporate dental practices, and was responsible for the training and clinical management of around 200 dentists. Steve joined Ringley Park as a partner in 2005. He receives referrals from other dentists for cosmetic, complex restorative and implant dentistry.
He is a member of many associations, including the Association of Dental Implantology (UK) and the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (Royal College of Surgeons of England) and is a former President of the London Dental Study Club. Steve regularly attends courses worldwide to ensure that he can provide the most up-to-date care for his patients. He is one of the founding members of The Surrey Hills Study Club, providing regular dental education to dentists in the southern counties area.

Federico graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2002, where he also completed his postgraduate endodontic training. He earned a PhD in Endodontic Microbiology in collaboration with the Forsyth Institute in the USA (Boston, MA). In 2009 he moved to the UK, after being appointed Lecturer in Endodontology at King’s College London. He has maintained a constant referral-based practice in endodontics and presented at numerous international congresses.
He is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He is a part-time Consultant in Endodontics and Programme Director of the MSc in Endodontics at Guy’s Hospital King’s College Dental Institute. Federico is registered with the GDC as a Specialist in Endodontics and he is a member of the British Endodontic Society.
He welcomes referrals for all aspects of endodontics, including primary treatment of complex anatomical features, re-treatment and apical surgery.
Federico lives in South-West London with his wife Martina and their son and enjoys swimming and cycling.

Omar qualified in 2003 from the University of Glasgow, winning the prize for conservative dentistry as an undergraduate. In 2005, he became a practice principal and subsequently a vocational trainer with the responsibility of training newly qualified dentists. He was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2007 and the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2008.
Whilst working in general practice, he undertook advanced training in restorative dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, completing the Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice. On completion of four years of specialist training in periodontics, he was awarded a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry from King’s College London and Membership in Periodontics from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He previously worked at Guy’s Hospital, London at a consultant level and undertakes all aspects of periodontal therapy including surgical, non-surgical, muco-gingival, crown lengthening and implant therapy. As well as providing periodontal care at the practice, he has a special interest in the association between periodontal disease and diabetes. In 2015, he received the Ron F. Wilson award from King’s College London for clinical research and has presented his research internationally.
For a number of years, he has been an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons, examining the Licence in Dental Surgery, the oldest continuously existing dental qualification in the United Kingdom.
Omar is a keen golfer and tennis player and enjoys hill walking and long distance running at the weekends. He also has a degree in computing and a passion for all things technological.

Emma qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2009. She was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2011.
Emma has worked in a number of London hospitals to further her knowledge and experience in the fields of Paediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Following this Emma embarked upon a three year specialist training post in Paediatric Dentistry based at King’s College Hospital and the Royal Alex Children’s Hospital in Brighton. On completion of training she was awarded a Membership in Paediatric Dentistry of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Her particular interests include management of dental injuries in children, management of dental enamel defects including molar incisor Hypomineralisation (MIH) and providing dental treatment for anxious children including inhalation sedation.
Emma also provides teaching for dentists and allied health professionals. In 2015 she was awarded an Honorary Lecturership at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She has also published extensively in scientific journals on a variety of topics related to Paediatric dentistry and conducted research which has been published in an internationally recognised journal.
Emma lives in Surrey with her young daughter and husband. She spends most of her free time walking in the Surrey and Sussex countryside with her family and keeping her young toddler entertained.

Agi has worked in community service for 15 years, allowing her to gain extensive experience in Inhalation Sedation and in treating the widest range of patients from the very young to the very old, the anxious and those with special needs. Agi loves helping patients achieve their objectives even with difficult problems, with an emphasis on prevention of further disease and individualised treatment solutions.
After qualifying in Wales in 1997, Agi spent a year in Australia working as a dentist. She then returned to the UK to general dentistry, with the desire to provide her patients with a high standard of care. Agi’s commitment to continuous professional development commenced with Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons in London.
She completed the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry (for which she was awarded the Cohort Prize for her case studies) at the Faculty and attained an MSc in Leeds. Following this, she completed the Fellowship at the Faculty, which is the highest academic achievement possible in general primary dental care. This has enabled her to work as an enhanced practitioner in restorative dentistry, accepting referrals for extensive tooth surface loss, prosthetic problems and some endodontic cases. Agi is secretary of the West Sussex Local Dental Committee and is involved in peer review and training in special care dentistry.
Married with one daughter, Agi is of Polish background. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her daughter and her friends by hosting playdates which include face painting, arts and crafts.
